This workshop is designed and led in partnership between Val Morini (Session Series) and Amity Whalen (Carolina Barre & Core / North Shore Core) to help you develop and strengthen your mind-body connection using basic Somatic practices and embodiment techniques.
Broken down into several segments, this workshop focuses on Self-healing, anxiety / stress management, and the connection between the mental / energetic, and physical body to re-connect us with Self and develop daily coping and self-healing practices to stay grounded and present in our lives.
